When you are booking your wedding venue and suppliers, you want to choose dedicated and trusted businesses with an excellent reputation! Our Customer Service Awards highlight the businesses that deliver exceptional customer care. They are nominated, shortlisted and judged by their reviews on Guides for Brides. On the 9th of March 2022, we revealed our award winners in a glamorous event at Oxford Town Hall.
Before we reveal the winners to you, we want to congratulate each and every winner of our Customer Service Awards this year as well as those who received a highly commended award, a finalist position or a shortlisted position. During such a challenging 23 months for the weddings and events industry, it was wonderful to be able to celebrate the achievements of these dedicated and hardworking businesses.Â
Each and every business that was shortlisted or named a finalist has really earned it, and we're so proud of how hard everyone has worked this year! The event was also a fundraiser for our charity partners, VOW for Girls, and we would like to thank everyone that supported this wonderful charity with their donations during the event.
So, without further ado, let's announce the winners...
Jewellery
Every wedding journey starts with the ring, so we kicked our awards presentation off with the jewellery category. The winner of this category was Elizabeth Ann Norris!
Marquees
The finalists in our marquee category all had notable comments from couples emphasising their phenomenal customer service. The winner of this category was Forest Edge Tipis!
Transport
On a day where punctuality and professionalism is key, couples raved about our transport finalists! The winner of this category was The Cotswold Campervan Company! We also had a highly commended business in this category, which went to Fiat 500 Hire.
Entertainment
Our entertainment businesses add to the fun of the day and have really demonstrated an exceptional standard of customer care. The winner of this category was Freezeframe Photobooths!
Disco's and DJ's
These businesses help their couples dance the night away with their guests! The winner of this category was The Wedding DJ's!
Celebrants & Toastmasters
Celebrants and Toastmasters elevate a wedding day with personal touches. This award identifies the Celebrant or Toastmaster with the best customer service in 2021. The winner of this category was White Rose Ceremonies®!
Florists
All of our florists are exceptional floral designers that love what they do and go above and beyond for their couples. The winner of this category was Kelly Atwood Floral Designs!
Honeymoons and Weddings Abroad
These businesses are dedicated to helping couples plan their dream honeymoon and/or wedding abroad and have been noted for their exceptional service and support. The winner of this category was Tredwell Travel! This category was incredibly close and so we do also have a highly commended business,Exclusive Yacht Weddings.
Cakes and Sweet Treats
Nothing tops off a wedding like a delicious cake or sweet treat. The winner of this category was Dolce Lusso Cakes!Â
Caterers and Catering Hire
The food is a huge part of a wedding celebration and couple's want to choose a supplier that can provide incredible food, drink and of course, service. The winner of this category was Lemon Zest Cuisine!
Beauty, Hair and Make-Up
Never have we seen such an incredibly high demand for top bridal beauty professionals. Couples are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, friendly and above all professional. The winner of this category was CJC Hair and Makeup! We do also have a highly commended finalist for this category, Carly Cox Wedding Hair Specialist!
Videographer
Living in a world of technology, it is a really high priority for couples to have amazing wedding videos to show to friends and family after the big day. The winner of this category was Mike Savory Wedding Films!
Wedding Planners
The appreciation couples have for wedding and event planners has grown since the pandemic and those who can not only plan an incredible day but also provide a high-standard of customer support and service are in high demand. The winner of this category was Sofia's Weddings and Events!
Stationery
Stationery is the first time that many guests find out about the wedding so it's really important for couples to be happy with their invitations. The winner of this category was Deabill and Quince!
Venue Decor
Decor is crucial in bringing the entire wedding dream to life! The winner of this category was The Memory Knot Company!
Music
Couples want a live musician or band that will blow their guests away whether they are playing the ceremony, drinks reception or evening party. The winner of this category was Boujee Music!
Menswear
All of our finalists in this category have been noted for providing a professional and supportive service, with couples delighted that they chose them. The winner of this category was Luciano's Suits!
Mother of the Bride
These businesses have delivered exceptional customer service while helping mothers of the bride and groom to find the perfect outfit for their child's wedding day. The winner of this category was Charisma of Fawley!
Bridal Wear
This is always an incredibly competitive category with so many boutiques and bridal designers offering a supportive and well-rounded service to their customers. The winner of this category was Butterfly Bridal!
Photography
All of our photographers are truly dedicated to producing high-quality and memorable photos that their couples will cherish forever. The winner of this category was Laura Shaw Photography! This category was incredibly close and so we also have a highly commended business, Sam and Steve Photography.
Barn Wedding Venues
All of our finalists in this category have received exceptionally high compliments from their couples and delivered exceptional weddings in beautiful barn settings. The winner of this category was Winters Barns in Kent!Â
Stately Homes, Castles and Mansions
These venues have showstopping facades and are filled with grandeur and history. The winner of this category was Rise Hall!
Large Wedding Venues
These venues excel at hosting weddings for hundreds of people. With such high guest numbers, a smooth service and excellent customer care is imperative. The winner of this category was Balmer Lawn Hotel & Saltus Spa! As this was an incredibly tight category we do also have a highly commended venue, Denham Grove.
Manor Wedding Venues
From ceremonies in the manicured gardens to beautiful reception rooms, manor wedding venues are elegant and romantic. The winner of this category was Southdowns Manor.
Unique Wedding Venues
These venues all offer a setting that's different and individual and top it all off with an exceptional level of customer care. The winner of this category was The Matara Centre!
Country Wedding Venues
Countryside venues have couples in awe of their stunning surroundings. The venues that go above and beyond for their couples are sure to be in high demand. The winner of this category was Manor Hill House Weddings!
Waterside Wedding Venues
These venues offer a setting that features a beautiful lakeside, coastal or riverside setting that their couples adore. The winner of this category was Bingham Riverhouse!
Small Wedding Venues
These venues are perfect for intimate weddings with close friends and family. The winner of this category was Talhenbont Hall!
Sporting Wedding Venue
Sporting Wedding Venues are great for couples who want to have a country-club style getaway at the same time as their wedding. The winner of this category was The Pavilion at Branston Golf & Country Club!
